Pressure sealing is a method of sealing mailers that requires no envelopes, reducing the cost of mailing by taking steps out of the production process. After printing, pressure seal mailers such as insurance documents, bills, or school progress reports are folded and sealed in a single pass. The recipient then tears off perforated tabs to open the document. Pressure seal forms also have great security features such as pre-printed patterns and tamper resistant sealing.
